Are all of your bakes vegan friendly/suitable for a plant-based diet?

Absolutely! Renaissance Cakery is a 100% vegan/plant-based business and I operate from a fully vegan kitchen which contains/uses no dairy, egg, or honey products - just plants! Vegans (and vegan curious) rejoice!

Are all of your bakes dairy-free/suitable for people with a lactose intolerance?

Whilst all of the products that I make are vegan/plant-based, and are produced in a kitchen which is free from animal products, some of the ingredients that I use (for example dark chocolate), despite being made to a vegan recipe, come from facilities where milk and/or egg is handled and so come with a 'may contain traces of' warning. Therefore, although it would be highly unlikely for any of my bakes to contain any traces of milk or egg for example, they would not be suitable for anybody with an allergy or severe intolerance to such ingredients.

Are any of your products gluten-free?

Whilst most products contain gluten due to being made with wheat flour, I am able to make some products with gluten-free flour on request (for example, most brownie flavours and certain cakes). However, even with products made with gluten-free flour, I unfortunately cannot guarantee the absence of gluten traces due to the use of various gluten-containing products in the small kitchen space that I use. Such products, although made with gluten-free flour, are therefore not suitable for people with an allergy or severe intolerance to gluten/wheat.
